SAUNA & ICE BATH CENTRE
The newest extension to our spa, our team calls it 'bangga' which means 'proud' in Indonesian.
Our vision was to create a tranquil, hygenic space, where each guest can slow down, relax & enjoy the environment.

This space runs in sessions, which are 1 1/2 hours long with a maximum of 8 guests per session. There is a 30 min cleaning window before the next session begins for hygenic purposes.

FACILITIES:
Our dry sauna (10 pax) has been crafted to European standards by a professional contractor making saunas in Switzerland & Germany for over 25 years

• 2 x self regulating ice baths / 8°C & 12°C
• Magnesium pool to relax
• Surround sound (tranquil music in the sauna too)
• Towels & water provided
• The wellness area is adults only
• This is not a naked sauna, please wear swimwear.

All sessions can be booked online then charged at the spa reception or added to your room charge. It's easier for purchased passes & packs to reserve online for future sessions.

If a session has already started, you can still join.
Cancellations & Refunds
​• Bookings maybe cancelled 2 hours before a session begins.
​• To manage your booking, please log into the member section of our website.​​
​• Session packages are transferable but weekly / monthly passes are not.
• Rascals wellness does not take responsibilities for any injuries or lost belongings whilst on the premises.​​
